Edition 87/100 Steven Gagnon is a Miami Beach-based artist born in 1973 whose work focuses on critiquing American culture using classic iconography. He is known internationally for his paintings, prints, sculptures, and car video installations. His art has appeared in such respected publications as the Wall Street Journal, Harper's Magazine, the Miami NewTimes, and Arnet, as well as billboards across the United States. Gagnon's work appears in public and corporate collections, including the Federal Reserve Board, the Art Museum of South Texas, The American Bankers Association, American Bank, Congressional Bank, and UMB Bank. Gagnon's work has been exhibited nationally at such prestigious institutions as the Naples Museum of Art, the Palm Springs Desert Museum, the Bladen Memorial Art Museum, the Fresno Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Art Museum of South Texas, and the Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science.
