Pallav Chander (b. 1990) is an Indian visual and theatre artist. He completed his BFA from Birmingham City University in the UK. Recipient of the 2019 Junior Fellowship by the Indian Ministry of Culture, Pallav has participated in numerous group- shows across India and UK. He has had two solo shows, “Decoding A Dyslexic Mind” at Visual Art Gallery, New Delhi (2014) & “Life Must Have Its Mysteries” at Art4All Gallery, New Delhi (2017). Pallav's art is a visual representation of his autobiography. His works concisely encapsulate his intense experiences with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD through chaotic arrangements and bold abstract expressionism. His works exist as a pandemonium ornated with intricate mazes and concentrated colors. Chander grew up living and breathing art. A practicing theatre and visual artist, he holds disbelief in the autonomy of the two art forms. His paintings borrow from the stage and vice versa. Chander paints fervently, with feverish energy, many a time abandoning the paintbrush altogether and using only his hands to paint. His themes, which are more a passive observation of society rather than a judgment of it, aren't shy of depicting satire in all its glory. Numbers and letters being his adversaries, he confronts them head-on in his works, enslaving them to dance to the tunes of his own ways of seeing the world. He is a creator, a storyteller, and a director, and art is his purpose. Pallav's art is a visual representation of his autobiography. His works concisely encapsulate his intense experiences with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and ADHD through chaotic arrangements and bold abstract expressionism. The unified imageries within his work are his personal, subjective perceptions of society, rather than a judgment or a commentary. His background in theatre lends his works an inherent dramatic quality. Palalv's works exist as pandaemonium ornated with intricate mazes and concentrated colors.

- Let Me Wrap My Dream - Contemporary Mixed Media Red + Green + Black + GreyBy Binay SinhaLocated in Gilroy, CA"Let Me Wrap My Dream" is a contemporary artwork by Indian artist Binay Sinha. The imagery is a composition of many different textures, both artificial and natural. The bright red cloth is surrounded by shrubbery and an unknown manufactured texture. His surrealistic style captures the balance of flora & fauna, humanity, and city elements. Sinha's longing for the natural environment incorporates plants and natural textures into his works. This piece has a muted background with the central imagery vivid and colorful, commanding attention and consideration. From the artist: "Migration for employment from rural to urban areas has emerged. The history of migration is probably as long as human existence itself. Although the nature of migration has changed over time, factors that influence immigrants’ mental well-being largely remain the same. Migration for employment from rural to urban areas has emerged mainly due to agrarian stress in almost every part of India. This has raised many questions for me about what constitutes home and family. Is home a gunny sack...Category
