About the Item

"Eat Your Greens" by Amber Tyldesley invites viewers into a vibrant world where two pandas take center stage, their black and white fur starkly contrasting against a vivid green and turquoise textured background. As the central focal point, the pandas munch contentedly on bamboo sticks, their expressions radiating happiness and satisfaction. The light catches their eyes, making them sparkle and drawing us into their joyful moment. This painting celebrates the simple pleasures of life and the importance of embracing nature's gifts. Against the backdrop of lush greens and vibrant blues, the pandas remind us of the beauty and wonder of the natural world. Their peaceful existence serves as a poignant reminder of the need for wildlife conservation, urging us to cherish and protect the habitats that sustain these beloved creatures. With "Eat Your Greens," Tyldesley not only captures the charm of these iconic animals but also highlights the interconnectedness of all living beings and the imperative of preserving biodiversity. Through her art, she encourages us to reflect on our role in safeguarding the planet for future generations. Available for acquisition at Signet Contemporary Art in Chelsea and online, "Eat Your Greens" by Amber Tyldesley offers the opportunity to bring the joyful spirit of these pandas into your space, serving as a daily reminder of the beauty and importance of wildlife conservation. Artist bio: Amber Tyldesley’s high-impact pieces feature a striking level of detail and offer a fresh take on traditional realism. A regular finalist in the DSWF Wildlife Artist of the Year competition, her work has won the People’s Choice Award and has been highly-commended by the judging panel on multiple occasions. Working in acrylics, Amber works in a series of layers to create an authentic sense of depth and detail in her work. The interplay of light and colour plays a key part in breathing life and individuality into every one of her subjects. Supporting conservation efforts remains at the heart of her work, with artwork sales raising over £15,000.00 for projects across Africa and Asia in recent years. She views her art as a way to connect with unfamiliar and endangered species, raising awareness of their precarious positions within the world. Amber’s work has gathered an extensive following around the UK and around the globe, with originals featuring in private collections in Europe, Australia, Canada and the USA. “The natural world offers unlimited inspiration, and through my work I aim to express the beauty and fragility of our planet’s wildlife. From familiar faces to the most endangered of species, every individual has a unique story to tell. I feel that there is a sense of escapism in wildlife art – it is an opportunity to explore an existence very different to our own. The chance to study and appreciate another life, with all its similarities and differences, is a constant driving force.”
