"I am lucky enough to back onto a body of water where I can watch Heron fishing stepping carefully around the beautiful lily pads. I always marvel at the patience the Heron has as he waits quite still so as not to disturb the fish and he waits for one to come close enough to him. It's stillness reminds me of a yoga master, or the fluid movements of Tai Chi. I am always captivated by their look as they stand motionless waiting patiently for fish to approach them. They look almost meditative as they stand in perfect "Stillness" awaiting their next meal." Patricia M.
