From his studio on the Arno, dressed in a three-piece suit, Martini brought his experiences of his time singing opera coupled with being a devout Catholic to his colorful canvases.
Alter boys dance, play, and get into mischief to remind the bishops and cardinals not to take everything so seriously. Mixing his love of theater, books, and art, one cannot help but be joyous in the presence of his magical paintings.
