'Center of Attention' is exactly that, with its purple, lilac, lavender and green, floral arrangement of Lilacs in a crystal vase. Oil on mylar, mounted on panel, 22 x 22 inches. Framing is not necessary with this contemporary painting with its traditional nod to classicism, from Russian American painter, Elena Zolotnitsky. The painting is wired and ready to hang and enjoy.

Elena Zolotnitsky
Elena Zolotnitsky is a Russian artist born in 1961. She received her MFA degree from the Moscow State University of Cinematography (VGIK). She is inspired by the concepts of beauty, adolescence and time passing. Zolotnotsky’s personal and intimate oil paintings probe deeply into the mystery of the medium itself. She seeks to create works, alive with the raw physicality of paint, to which viewers relate on an emotional level.
