In the serene stillness of "Slumbering Spirit," part of my contemplative "Thoughts" series, I explore the profound quietude of rest. The painting captures a woman in repose, the very image of tranquility as she lies beneath the delicate branches of a young apple tree, her sleep undisturbed by the world's whispers. The ancient symbols etched upon her shoulder speak of "spirit," hinting at the unseen energy that animates us all, even in our most restful moments. This slumbering form is a sanctuary of peace, her dreams a hidden realm where the spirit roams free. Above her, the apple branches bow gently, a nod to the biblical Eve's apple, symbolizing knowledge, temptation, and the duality of innocence and awareness. It is a fruit laden with the weight of history, yet here it is presented anew, in a light untainted by the past's shadows. This work is an invitation to pause, to reflect on the spirit within and the nature that surrounds us, to find the sacred in the everyday. From the new series " Self-awareness," we present "Interstice of Worlds," a painting that immerses the viewer in a realm of emotional resonance and symbolic representation of time. Crafted with a blend of oil and acrylic on canvas, it portrays a woman with intertwined hands, embodying a longing for the ineffable. In my latest work from the 'Thoughts' series, titled 'Serenity of Essence', I once again delve into the profound world of feminine reflections. On this 60x80 cm canvas, painted with acrylics, I depicted a seated young woman with a cat resting beside her. This image creates an atmosphere of tranquility and deep contemplation, characteristic of my series. The background of the painting reveals a view of hills and trees, the leaves of which are adorned with ornaments, adding sophistication to the composition.
