NYC based, Denise Adler studied with artist Juanita McNeely in the 1970s. Adler is influenced by Feminist Art and Expressionism. She attended Buffalo State University for 2 years where she studied printmaking. The artist graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Fine Arts.Her work is both personal and archetypical and seeks to memorialize a moment in time, the fragile nature of life and the emotional impact of the past on the present.
