About the Item
Unique silver gelatin print (photogram made sans enlarger). This unique black-and-white (handmade print) was one of my first underwater sparkler-o-grams. Mixed process triple exposure with flowers, glitter, and sand; exposed via sparkler.
I began making photograms in 2020, due to having an unfinished darkroom at the time. Over the past 2+ years, I have created and refined several (pretty out there) processes, and also teach my processes for work.
This one-of-a-kind darkroom print is from my multi-award winning "Metamorphosis" series, which is currently ongoing. As a spiritual printer, all of my images are about much more than what might be obvious at first glance.
Please note that the detail shots and video were shot via iPhone (in less than ideal lighting). The jpeg is a more accurate rendering (I am happy to do zoom print viewings for those who would like a closer look).
