The Seychelles palm, also known as the Seychelles nut, is an endemic palm species that occurs exclusively in the Seychelles. Its seeds are the largest in the plant kingdom. The plant, but also just the seeds, are known as "Coco de Mer".
One picture shows the male tree palm and the other one the shell of a female nut.
JJK is a pseudonym for one of the world's most successful photo artists.
In his series "Always in my mind", he depicts history, feelings, scenes and most significantly, elements that people overlook very often in everyday life.
