Original antique travel poster - Chemins de Fer de l'Etat La Bretagne Pittoresque billets de vacances et de bains de mer / State Railways Picturesque Brittany holiday and sea bathing tickets featuring scenic artwork by Constant Duval (1877-1956) depicting the historic 15th century Chateau de la Roche Jagu fortress visible in the woods on a hill over the Trieux river with trees framing the view in the foreground, the sunset sky reflected on the calm water and the stylised lettering on the border above and below. Printed by F. Champenois, Paris. Good condition, several restored paper losses on edges, several restored tears on edges, restored creasing, backed on linen.
