About the Item

This imposing metal sculpture by the renowned Quebecois artist, Marcel Barbeau dominates the landscape. This monumental piece, ‘paravents du rêve’ translates as ‘dream screens’. The will disappears completely, making way for joy.” Marcel Barbeau This sculpture is the only large one of his that is privately available. Marcel’s widow, Ninon Gauthier, PhD, historienne de l'art, sociologue et critique d’art, considers it one of his best sculptures.
