In this sculpture, started soon after the birth of Caroline's first child, the new baby is the focus of attention for both parents. This sculpture is available in an edition of 5 in foundry bronze.
Caroline Russell is a London-based sculptor, working mainly in clay, plaster and jesmonite, creating sculptures which are cast in strictly limited editions in foundry bronze, bronze resin and marble jesmonite. She is a Member of the Royal Society of Sculptors, and has been a professional sculptor since 1993. Caroline graduated from Leeds University and studied sculpture privately under Patricia Finch, FRSS. Caroline’s sculptures have been shown in galleries and exhibitions throughout Britain and sold to buyers from as far afield as Hong Kong, New York, Switzerland and Brazil. She exhibited with us at the Affordable Art Fair, London in 2020.
