A vintage treasure that was found in a Palm Spring Fashionista’s closet that is NWT and never worn. A versatile piece. What makes this look so modern for now is it was designed oversized and has a soft shoulderpad that just looks so good now. It can be a sexy short dress (belted or loose), Can be worn as a long tunic blouse, or could even be a smashing swimsuit cover up over a black bathing suit. Purchased at Neils, a very high end woman’s boutique in Palm Desert, CA. Size large. (oversized) Could work for woman’s sizes 12-16. !00% Poly. Made in the USA.
