About the Item
We think this incredible vintage Margaretha Ley Escada dress would be perfect for a wedding or garden party guest. This double breasted dress is in a light pink wool with silk ribbon trim and gold tone rose engraved buttons. The dress has a square neckline with a bow at the top and silk ribbon trim. The sleeves are short and have the same silk trim around the hem. The shoulders are structured with shoulder pads and the waistline is accentuated with seams and darts. Around the hips, there is another silk ribbon band that shapes the bottom of the skirt. The skirt is quite flowy and moves really beautifully when worn!. This dress is fully lined and was made in Switzerland. 100% New Wool, 100% Silk trim and 100% Rayon lining.
Labeled size 40, but we estimate this would best fit a modern size 8/10.
