Mardi Gras Peach Jersey Maxi Evening Dress, C.1970
About the Item
You'll lead the fashion parade when wearing this C.1970 Mardi Gras of New York jersey evening dress. The peachy sherbet shade compliments the flattering empire waist silhouette complete with a ruched twist at the bust. It zips and hooks at the back with partial lining in the bodice and has the comfortable style of hostess wear. Originally retailed at Rich's, a famous family owned department store headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia for decades. Very good vintage condition.

The size is not marked though the dress best fits a modern day U.S. size 4 with attention to the following measurements taken without stretching the fabric though there is stretch for curves and ease of movement. For visual reference, the mannequin in the photographs is a size 4.
