Sexy, yet sophisticated 1990s 90s VICKY TIEL COUTURE mini dress! Features a gold, silver, and black metallic snakeskin bodice. Flattering signature ruching throughout the boned bodice. Soft black silk velvet skirt fits like a dream! Hidden metal zipper up th eback with hook-and-eye closure. Fully lined. Truly a couture piece, with so much attention to detail--Most of the sewing was done by hand. The perfect alternative to the little black dress ( LBD ). In great condition. Made in France.
