About the Item
Mint condition vintage Bianchini Ferrier silk Persian themed fabric for Cartier evening pochettes made by Clive Shilton, who designed and made Princess Diana's bridal purse and shoes.
These are all offered here on 1stdibs for the first time. Made in 1981 for an Indian prince to give as gifts during the Royal Wedding, they were delivered late and therefore remained in their original silk moire storage bags, which each one still retains. Inside is stamped with London Bond Street retail jeweler's logo.
