About the Item
A pair of early nineteenth century polished wrought-iron fireplace andirons with incising to front face of standard, front and rear facing spit-hooks and segmented bulbous finials uppermost. All supported on arched supports. The riveted rear log-supports can be adjusted if required. Possibly French.
