Italian Enamel Door Handles (2 Sets Available)
About the Item
Long elegant handles with an angled leading edge. Italy, mid-20th century. Two sets available (four panels), price per set. One set is two panels as shown in the main image and image 10.
The pieces are of good quality, nicely made; unsigned and very much in the style of Studio Del Campo. Enamelled brown and gold to the face, and black on the reverse. Beautiful vintage pieces; some wear from age and use to both the enamel plates - typically along the edges - and to the brass fixings.
Approximate dimensions per piece:
H 28cm x W 10cm x D* 4.5cm
* This is the approximate projection from the face of the door to the leading edge of the handle.
Installation
The handles have fixed bolts on one side of each set, and were originally configured to use either side of a single glass door of approximately 7.5mm, however you could consult your fitter to enable them to work on thicker doors, or alongside one another on double doors if you wish.
