Pair of Late 19th Century French Marble and Bronze Vide-Poches Urns Tazza Dishes
About the Item
Catch loose change or other odds and ends with this pair of 19th century decorative tazza dishes. Crafted in France circa 1880, each compote sits on a square green marble base with repousse brass band at the bottom. The ornate vide-poche stands on a square pedestal over a round bronze urn decorated with intricate repousse vine and grape motifs, and dressed with vine and leaf handles. Both footed base with cup holder pieces are in excellent condition and adorn a rich patinated bronze finish.
