French Inlaid Diminutive Commode Jewelry Box
About the Item
1800s French inlaid diminutive commode. It is a salesman sample converted into a jewelry box with the two deep compartments and back lined in velvet. The interior could have been made to use as a tea caddy as well. The first drawer does not work of course but the but the second drawer does and it is lined in velvet and is an inch and a half deep.
