Pair of cast cluster column candlesticks by Martin, Hall & Co Ltd, 1850-75

About the Item

Pair of cast hardened white brass candlesticks in patented Martinoid. The acanthus leaf capital is supported by a cluster column on a square gadroon edged base. Cast from an 18th century English Silver model. Birmingham, England, third quarter 19th century. Condition: Candlesticks are in fine original condition. Surfaces have been cleaned and hand polished. Wear commensurate with age and use. Materials: Martinoid, White Brass Dimensions: 3-3/4" L x 3-3/4" W x 9" H
