Pair of Venetian Salviati Hand Blown Dragon Candlesticks W/ Gold Leaf
About the Item
Dragon themed Venetian glass is one of the most sought after and rarest form of decoration and this pair of candlesticks exemplify that subject. Standing 9 1/2" tall with a nice 6" diameter base, this will enhance any table setting with the neutral gold leaf inclusions that work with any color way. The candle-cups and bobeches are highlighted with gold prunts and the base includes a ball connector adding to the detailed and distinctive workmanship. Made in Italy Ca. 1920's, both in excellent condition.
