This unique and elegant Gilded Age Round Glass and Brass Picture Frame originates from France, Circa 1900. Features a round composition framed in brass and joined with stylized fleur de lis elements. The outside elements are oval in form, creating a lovely sense of movement around the round central panel. Ideal for housing multiple images in a series and with ample opportunities for creative expression in period or contemporary photographs, this frame is a gem from the Golden age, a brilliant example of the design motifs and characteristics of the era.
