Fat Lava red black Germany CERAMIC VASE, Scheurich Keramik, 50´s, 60´s

About the Item

Fat Lava Ceramic Vase model ceramic vase, designed and manufactured by the German brand Scheurich Keramik in the middle of the previous century, circa 1950. This Midcentury design gets its name from its striking finishes. The surface of the piece imitates that of lava cooled and converted into volcanic rock, porous and irregular. However, on the front of the vase three horses are represented in red schematically and in dynamic attitudes, with a shiny finish that contrasts with the rest of the vase. An original Midcentury design that will become the protagonist of the space in which it is located! Dimensions: 53 x 25 x 25 cm. / Vase mouth: 16 cm. diameter.
