A French Faïence majolica glazed asparagus plate from the Orchies Faïencerie in Saint-Armand-Les-Eaux, Northern France, circa 1885.
Creamy-white colored asparagus with purple tips lay on a bed of leaves. The border shows a turquoise basket weave area edged with a lime green scalloped rim.
