About the Item
A truly wonderful and whimsical work by Uruguayan-born American ceramist Lidya Buzio. This work was done when she was at her most prolific during her time in New York in the 1970s/ 1980s. Buzio is best known for her uniquely hand painted scenes of New York rooftops and the New York cityscapes/ skylines.
This work is signed and dated (1980) by Buzio on the base.
