19th Century Country Sheraton Grain Painted Wash Stand
About the Item
19th Century Country Sheraton Grain Painted Wash Stand, circa 1820, a hand crafted pine washstand hand painted in a faux mahogany grain, with shaped three-quarter backsplash above a rectangular surface painted in a faux marble grain, above a grained apron, raised on turned legs.
The stand remains in excellent strong and tight condition. The wonderful original painted finish has worn very well with only a few scrubs on the marbleized working surface.
