Vintage Baroque Style Gold Infused Cristallo Murano Chandelier

This handcrafted gold-infused cristallo Murano chandelier has six scroll arms holding bobeches with petal-shaped trim. Featuring a bulbous center column stylized here with daffodils and leaves. The glass houses on the island of Murano are famous for highly ornamented glass chandeliers made of pincered and molded blown glass. The piece has further detailing of scroll stems, twirling leaf ends, and rigaree trim; exhibiting a masterful flair in glass craftsmanship.
The body and arms of this piece are made of clear, colorless Venetian glass enhanced with 24-carat gold leaf. The subtle glints of gold dispersed throughout mimic the look of sunbeams when lit. Otherwise, the translucent crystalline glass blends with any color palette.
