About the Item
This most decorative and rather large pair of "Antinea" wall lamps was designed by Jean-Francois Crochet for the renowned Italian lighting company Terzani.
The sconces have a rustic country-house look and feel resulting from their hand forged metal frames which support the Murano glass shades on three small spheres and connects them to the flush wall mounting.
While Crochet designed these sconces in the 1980s they are a clear nod to earlier design periods.
Both lamps are in very good condition with no notable defects.
Makers mark included on one of the mountings!
