Table Lamps Chinoiserie Porcelain Vases Pair Elecrified
About the Item
MASSIVE, PAIR OF VINTAGE, CHINOISERIE, PORCELAIN VASES, UPCYCLED INTO TABLE LAMPS, 70cm., 27½” high
The massive size is softened by the pastel shades of pink, yellow, blue, green.
The form of the vases is fluid and soft.
Painted with a ceremony with families bringing their children to a chief holding a bone club with a wise man beside him..
The back with Chinese script which I have not deciphered. The neck with two borders of interlocking hearts containing a band of floral and interlocking arc decoration.
Bearing Chinese stamp on the underside.
The conversion is recent so it conforms to UK PAT Electrical standards and it is reversible so they can revert to vases.
