About the Item
A 1970s French artisan-made ceramic table lamp that appears to be thrown by hand on a potter’s wheel. This tapered lamp features an etched wavy stripe pattern on the exterior, which has a hand-applied gold leaf finish that contrasts beautifully with the earthy tones in the ceramic. It has a glazed ivory interior, which reflects light and maximizes the emitted glow. Unsigned. Sourced in France, 1970s.
