Extraordinary 19th century French Louis XV style gilt mirror with Sèvres Porcelain plaques.
The mirror is topped by rocaille ornament centered by beautiful seated putti holding a wreath. The sides are decorated with two hand-painted porcelain Sevres plaques depicting a romantic scene, within a gilt frame. The bottom is enhanced with floral and scrolled foliage motif.
It is very rare to find gilt mirrors mounted with Sèvres porcelain plaques. Such a piece is ready to add beauty and substantial difference in your home.
