About the Item
Of ornate design this mirror is in a fantastic state of preservation and features an inner rectangular frame with a series of moldings and the outer mirrored surface punctuated by giltwood rosettes, the detachable upper section a masterpiece of carved giltwood scrolls and leaf sprays, the lower section flanked with similar scrolls and leaf-forms with shaped “feet”, appearing to retain original mirroplate, this mirror comes complete with two shipping crates
