Autographs for Freedom edited by Griffiths, Julia. Published by Alden, Beardsley & Co; Wanzer, Beardsley & Co, Auburn 1854. A collection of Anti-Slavery Testimonies from the Rochester Anti-Slavery Society with contributions from the likes of Frederick Douglass, Emerson, and Stowe, each ending with a facsimile signature. Brown cloth binding blind stamped and decorated in gilt. Considerable foxing, split hinge, loose pages, chips to top of spine.
