Exquisite 50's Persian Tabriz
10' x 13'
Incredibly unique hand crafted master piece from the legendary city of Tabriz. Rugs from this area can range in design, but always feature a high level of quality in both design and materials. This piece is unique and likely was specially commissioned 70+ years ago.
This joyful rugs design features a unique pallet of colors that are very well balanced. Only the masterful weavers of Tabriz can balance such beautiful variety of creams, oranges, greens, teals and blues. Despite it's colorful design, this piece is very soothing to look at but still has enough vibrance to be a focal point. This piece is full of beautiful details and motifs reflecting the joy in nature, you can find something new to love about this rug every day.
Despite the age of this piece it is incredible condition. There is very little signs of wear, just a few areas of low pile, none of which take away from this pieces striking appearance.
The light base and rich colors in the border make this piece quite versatile. The lighter tones make it great for a bedroom while its primary colors make it stand out on any wood floors. Anywhere you put this rug, it is guaranteed to transform the space!
This piece, like the rest of our collection, was hand-picked by Persian Rug expert and Shiraz native, Jason Dadras. Each piece was acquired through the relationships he forged around the world. Our rugs are ethically sourced and have been legally imported.
