Roundel center medallion with scalloped contour and floral blossoms therein adorned at either end with detailed finials atop a covered field of floral arrangements wrapped by a floral cross section and meandering vine main border. Colors and shades include: Cream, denim blue, ivory, beige, pale slate blue, and a hint of pink blush. Condition notes: Areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak carpet made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 6'3" x 9'.
