Rare Hunting Chair by Torbjørn Afdal, Norway 1960
About the Item
A unique chance to get, one of a few existing, Torbjørn Afdals Hunter Chair.
The Mid-Century Modern design movement has given us some of the most iconic furniture designs the world has ever seen. One such classic piece emerging from this design movement is Norway-born Torbjørn Afdal’s Hunter Lounge Chair, which was designed in 1960.
The chair is made with solid teak wood and saddle leather.
Afdal’s design featured a minimalistic aesthetic with a fluid and organic form.
This chair is an original from the 60s and must not be mistaken for the relaunched one.
