Antique Blanket Chest

About the Item

An antique pine blanket chest dated 1763 on the back. The rectangular top with beveled trim opens to reveal a deep storage compartment. The face has two small sham drawers over two long sham drawers, with two functional dovetailed drawers below, all with brass bale handles on decorative pressed backplates.

The beading on the drawers has some damage. The top has some polish loss in one place, you should be able to make this out in the photographs.
