About the Item
This is a wooden drawer made in Japan around the Meiji and Taisho periods (1868-1920).
It would also have been used as a low desk. In modern times, it could be used very beautifully as a low display stand. Compared to Europe and America, the design, which is a remnant of the low-lying lifestyle, has a special effect on making the space feel taller and wider. The color is black and it looks cool and easy to match with various spaces.
It has a very simple shape and looks great.
The material is probably Cedar wood.
