About the Item
A beautifully tactile coffee table or bench carved from a single piece of oak.
Hand carved by the artist Maxie Lane, signed and dated 1988 on the underside.
We think this piece could be used as a coffee table and in the right interior would be such a good addition to your sitting room or used as bench. .
It has spent a large portion of its life in a garden which has added many facets that make it even better. Now we've restored it and stabilised it, it'll now take on another life inside and last another lifetime at least.
Maxie Lane a well know author, artist and sculpture from Andover, Hampshire 1910-2014.
Condition
Please do take a careful look at all our pictures and note that these are antique or vintage pieces that will show sign of age and ware. This piece has been lovely restored.
