Federal Card Table Attributed to Anthony Quervelle, Philadelphia

American federal games table in carved mahogany. Flip top with concertina movement. Attributed to the workshop of Philadelphia cabinet maker, Anthony Quervelle, circa 1825. Retains original / old finish and patina.

  • Condition:
    Wear consistent with age and use. Retains original finish and patina to base, central support and apron. Top section refinished about 60 years ago. Small fleck of veneer missing on side. Two age splits to front apron. All original working parts and construction. No repairs!!
