Dining Table Rough Travertine Marble & Rust Iron Unique Edition Italian Marble Dining table in marble combined with metal and glass top. This is a one-piece limited edition by Spanish artist and designer Joaquín Moll. The travertine marble in this rough aspect is due to the old way of extraction of the stone in quarry through explosion. Currently, forms that are more modern are used, such as diamond wire with a straight cut, so that these natural finishes of the stone no longer occur. This gives an additional value to this dining table as it cannot be repeated by not having this type of material already in quarry. The Italian travertine marble has a beige color that contrasts perfectly with the rust of the iron. Joaquín's proposal joins materials such as iron with natural stone, both in very special finishes. The iron is subjected to a series of oxidation processes from Meddel's workshop in Spain. This unique edition dining table in Italian travertine marble and iron with glass top is made entirely in Meddel's facilities in Segovia, Spain. Thus contributing to the development of the social and industrial fabric of the European country. Meddel is always committed to the care of the environment as well as having a social commitment. An elegant and limited edition marble dining table, with a glass top worthy of the most exclusive and sophisticated decorations. It is a unique opportunity to have a dining table that no one will have the same in their home. In addition, it features natural materials and organic processes of formations and transformations. It is a travertine base with a rough quarry finish, which is adhered following the lines of its marble structure by a triangular piece of oxide iron. These two forms of marble and iron follow geometric linear patterns that culminate on its surface in a 15 mm wide glass top. The glass has a bottle green edge, as well as rounded corners.
