Original vintage movie poster for an award winning romantic musical drama film - Jis Desh Mein Ganga Behti Hai / The Land Where the Ganges Flows - directed by Radhu Karmakar, written by Arjun Dev Rashk and starring the renowned Indian actor and filmmaker Ranbir Raj Kapoor (1924-1988) as Raju with Padmini (1932-2006) as Kammo, Pran Sikand, Lalita Pawar and S.B. Nayampalli, with music by Shanker Jaikishan. Dramatic design in black and white featuring the main characters on a dark smoky background, the title in bold stylised lettering below. Published by Prasad Process (Private) Ltd. Madras. Good condition, restored folds, restored tears, restored creasing, restored paper loss, staining, backed on linen.
