Vintage 1920's Filigree Brass & Coral Trikaya Buddha Bracelet
About the Item
This truly mesmerising 1920's Filigree brass bracelet, adorned with claw set angel skin coral and carved bovine Buddhas, in a Trikaya setting, is a rare piece to behold. The five linked bases are ornately decorated in filigree motifs and designs, linking together with welded joins. The box slide clasp and safety chain lay beneath the first two bases, which are decorated with motifs of blooming flowers and leaves, accented by angel skin coral stones, in claw settings. The link panel is adorned with filigree circular frames, setting off the central claw set coral. The second panel features a carved bovine Buddha in filigree settings, which is mimicked along the 4th panel. These Buddhas frame the ornately decorated larger central Buddha, encased within filigree settings, which are in turn decorated with angel skin coral stones in claw settings along the top and base of the central figurine.
