VICTORIAN NATURAL SALTWATER PEARL AND DIAMOND BOW BROOCH (late 19th Century) (GIA Lab report and Gem & Pearl Lab report)
Certified Natural Saltwater Pearl and Diamond Brooch 19th Century.
Suspending a Natural Saltwater pear-shaped Pearl, measuring 10mm in depth x 8mm in width, accompanied by Gem and Pearl Lab Report stating that the pearl is natural of saltwater origin and set with numerous (9) round old - cut and rose - cut diamonds, to weigh a total of approximately 2.15 carats; the knot of the bow set with an old-cut diamond estimated to weigh 0.45 carats, the ribbon and the knife-edge drop set with small old-mine and rose-cut diamonds estimated to weigh a further total of 1.60 carats.
With report 2125279415 dated 2 July 2010 from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) stating that the pearl is a natural saltwater pearl with no indication of treatment.
