Fine estate Georg Jensen cabochon amber and sterling silver pendant brooch. Circa 1910 This beautiful piece may be worn as both a pendant and a brooch. The large translucent cabochon amber is exceptional- excellent color, clarity and condition. Pieces created before 1935, during Georg Jensen's lifetime are especially sought after by collectors. Marks: Georg Jensen, 925 S, Denmark, 109, Designed by: Georg Jensen (1866-1935) circa 1910. Condition: Very Good Size: 2 inches by 1.75 inches Provenance: from the estate of a notable New York City psychiatrist and collector of fine, unusual jewels.
