This exceptional, fine and impressive antique brooch has been crafted in 20k yellow gold. The brooch has a tiered elliptical form, ornamented with a black onyx panel set in relief to the centre. The onyx panel is ornamented with a central eight-point star motif, embellished with fourteen impressive seed pearls. The outer portion of the brooch is ornamented with impressive black enamel and bears elucidating wording 'In Memory Of'. The elliptical enamel decoration is flanked with rope twist decorated borders.
