Vintage Trifari Basket of Flowers Figural Brooch with Green Paste In Sterling

About the Item

A delightful 1940s signed Vintage Trifari Brooch, depicting a stylised basket filled with flowers, set in sterling silver and crammed full of crystal rhinestones. The basket is wonderful quality, finely styled and is encrusted with small round rhinestones that surround the six large green oval crystal flowers. The crystal stones are bright and full of life in this delightfully feminine brooch, set lavishly in a very substantial solid sterling silver setting. This Vintage Trifari Brooch is a great example of the much admired and documented Trifari figurals and those set in sterling silver from the 194os are especially sought after. The brooch is marked Crown Trifari and Sterling and is in great condition. The basket measures 5cm by 4.5cm. A wonderfully wearable piece of floral jewellery.
